Frequently Asked Questions About Services

  • Inner healing is the process of addressing and resolving emotional wounds and false beliefs that arise from painful life experiences. It aims to restore one's relationship with God and others by healing the heart from past traumas and sinful reactions

  • This type of integrated approach focuses on the spiritual, mental and emotional dimensions of a person’s well-being, inviting God's power and truth to heal root causes and internal disorder. Traditional counseling often addresses symptoms and patterns of behavior, while inner healing seeks to release deep-seated emotional wounds and strongholds through prayer, forgiveness, and the work of the Holy Spirit.

  • Anyone who is experiencing emotional pain, unresolved past issues, spiritual confusion, or struggling with patterns of negative behavior or destructive habits can benefit from this type of therapy. This is particularly helpful for those who feel stuck, burdened by past hurts, or distant from God’s peace and presence.

  • Inner Healing and Deliverance Therapy helps address spiritual strongholds, emotional pain, and barriers to freedom through prayer, biblical truths, and the power of the Holy Spirit. This type of healing is best for people who know they struggle with demonic strongholds and activity in their lives.

  • Christian direction and mentorship is a personalized, one-on-one or group relationship focused on deepening your spiritual life and connection with God. It involves regular meetings with an experienced mentor who guides you in prayer, Bible study, and applying faith to daily life, helping you grow in Christlikeness and intimacy with God.

  • The length of the inner healing process varies depending on the individual and the depth of the issues being addressed. Some people experience significant healing in just a few sessions, while others may need ongoing support over several months. The journey is unique to each person and unfolds as the Holy Spirit leads.

  • Inner healing is deeply rooted in biblical principles. The Bible emphasizes God's desire to heal not only our physical bodies but also our soul—our mind, will, and emotions.

Psalm 107:20 says, "He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions." This verse highlights God's power to heal through His Word, addressing both physical and spiritual healing.

Hebrews 4:12 further supports the concept of inner healing by describing God's Word as "living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." This passage illustrates how God's Word penetrates our deepest being, addressing inner wounds and thoughts.

The ministry of Jesus also exemplifies inner healing. Acts 10:38 describes how "God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him." This healing included not only physical ailments but also emotional and spiritual as well.

Additionally, 2 Corinthians 7:1 encourages believers to "cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God," indicating the need for inner purification and healing.

These Scriptures, among others, demonstrate that inner healing is a biblical concept, addressing the wholeness of an individual in spirit, soul, and body, as emphasized in 1 Thessalonians 5:23: "Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."

  • Inner healing can address a wide range of issues, including emotional wounds from childhood, unforgiveness, spiritual confusion, trauma, relational pain, anxiety, fear, and feelings of unworthiness. It helps break free from lies, strongholds, and patterns that prevent a person from living in the fullness of God’s peace and purpose.
